VAVELING Privacy Policy
VAVELING (the "App") is an app for learning Chinese vocabulary, measure words and reading offline. After the study packs are downloaded, the App works without an internet connection, and your study records are stored only on your device.
1. Information we collect

2. When the App uses the internet
- Downloading the list of study packs and the daily pack files
- Downloading stroke-order data for a character the first time
- Downloading the text-recognition and translation models once, for "Find words in a photo"
- Email or social sign-in, and the email verification message
These requests contain no advertising identifiers or location data. The App uses no advertising or analytics SDKs.
3. Permissions

4. Retention and deletion
- Study records on your device are removed when you uninstall the App.
- You can delete your account yourself in the app or web (My account → Delete this account); the account, its study records, social-login links and sessions are removed immediately. You may also ask us at the address below.
5. Third parties
We do not sell or share personal data with third parties. Social sign-in is subject to the terms of the respective provider (Google, Kakao, Naver, X).
6. Children
The App is not directed at any specific age group and does not knowingly collect personal data from children under 14.
